He graduated from Ankara University, Department of International Relations. He received his master's degree from the Department of History and Geography at the same university. He is currently pursuing his PhD degree with thesis on “Iran’s Relations with South Asian Countries” in the History Department of Eskisehir Osmangazi University. His research interests focus on the domestic and foreign policy of Iran and the non-state actors in the Middle East. Besides his native Uzbek, he is fluent in Turkish, English and Persian.
